Trained in classic French technique Chef Debbi Dubbs also learned the nuts and bolts of cooking in some of the best restaurant kitchens with versatile & eclectic chefs.


While running her catering company, "All Thyme Catering", she developed her own style of cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients to bring out the best flavors in food. Chef Debbi also found that she loved teaching and later, as Executive Chef of Spaghettini Cucina, she developed The Kitchen Arts Series of cooking classes.


Upon leaving Spaghettini Cucina, Chef Debbi created 'Deb's Kitchen', where she continues to teach and offer personal chef services. As a Corporate Chef for Melissa's World Variety produce, Debbi was able to work with produce from all over the world and help to develop recipes using all these new products.


Debbi has been frequently quoted in newspaper and magazine articles and she continues to look for the new and unusual ingredients available as a consumer to share.


Chef Debbi has also been a guest on The TV Diner Show with Mario Martinolli and heard on The Waves L.A.'s Smooth Jazz Sunday Brunch from Spaghettini Restaurant and SLO Cooking with Brenda Hock; Chef Debbi has taught cooking classes for Williams Sonoma, South Coast Plaza, Sur la Table, Bloomingdale’s, Smith and Hawken and hosted team building classes for Roxy, Taco Bell and Verizon.


She currently is teaching at Kitchen Outfitters in Naples, Ca. and on the California’s Central Coast where she also hosts food and wine tours.
